• Products without original packaging and tags
• Gemstones that have been energized or activated
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Step 1: Contact us at returns@spirituallifeguru.com within 7 days of delivery
• Step 2: Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
• Step 3: Wait for our return authorization email
• Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
• Step 5: Ship the product to our return address (provided in authorization email)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

• If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

5. Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Products: We will cover return shipping costs
• Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Different size (if applicable)
• Different product variant
• Defective products

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
